Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled. Service Requirements —————————————— To maintain a calm and focused environment, no guests or children are permitted unless approved prior to your appointment. All new clients must arrive with bare nails. I do not work over or soak off foreign work. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling. Clients may be asked to send a clear photo of their nails prior to their appointment to ensure everything is serviceable. Upon Arrival —————————————— Please be mindful to turn your music down and drive slowly when entering the neighborhood. A designated parking spot is available on the left side of the driveway. Once you arrive, please text me and remain in your vehicle until you receive the okay to come inside. Please wash your hands in the restroom provided. **FILL POLICIES** —————————————— Fill-ins are accepted within 2–3 weeks of the original service. At 4 weeks, the service is considered a full rebalance. Anything beyond 4 weeks requires a removal and full set. If 4 or more nails are missing, or after 3 consecutive fill-ins, a removal and full set will be required for structure and safety. Fill-ins are offered on my work only. No foreign fills or soak-offs — please arrive with bare nails if coming from another tech. Any lifting must be disclosed prior to the appointment. Severe lifting must be soaked off before your visit. Proper at-home care is required. Fill-ins are not guaranteed if nails are picked, bitten, or used improperly. Please don’t use your nails as tools! Cancellation Policy
**CANCELLATION POLICY**

Late Arrival

I kindly ask that you arrive
on time for your appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is
provided; however, a $10 late
fee will be applied after
10 minutes.
If you arrive 15 minutes late,
your appointment will be canceled
and the full service fee will
be charged, as I am unable to
accommodate late arrivals without
impacting other clients.
Cancellations

I kindly ask for at least
48 hours’ notice for any
appointment changes.
Cancellations within 48 hours
will require a 50% service fee,
and same-day cancellations will
be charged the full service fee.
Emergencies and illnesses are
understood; however, frequent
last-minute cancellations may
still result in applicable fees.
No Shows

Failure to arrive for your
scheduled appointment without
notice is considered a no-show.
No-shows are taken seriously
and may result in being unable
to book future appointments.
In rare cases, exceptions may
be made at my discretion;
however, the full service fee
will still apply.
Any second no-show will result
in a permanent booking ban.
